Senior ML Engineer, 3D Reconstruction
Requirements
- Published research in NeRF, Gaussian Splatting, or related 3D reconstruction
- 5+ years experience with PyTorch/JAX at scale
- Experience with distributed training on 1000+ GPU clusters
- Prior work on production ML systems serving 1M+ requests/day
Staff Hardware Engineer
Requirements
- Led hardware programs from concept to mass production (100K+ units)
- Deep expertise in low-power embedded systems and thermal management
- Experience with camera systems, IMUs, and sensor fusion
- Previous work at Apple, Meta, or equivalent hardware organizations
Senior Protocol Engineer
Requirements
- Built and deployed smart contracts handling $100M+ TVL
- Deep understanding of mechanism design and token economics
- Experience with L2s, data availability layers, or decentralized storage
- Published work on cryptoeconomic security preferred
Lead Product Designer
Requirements
- Designed products used by 10M+ users
- Strong portfolio in spatial/AR interfaces or complex data visualization
- Experience shipping consumer hardware companion apps
- Systems thinking: can design for hardware + software + tokenomics
VP of Growth
Requirements
- Scaled consumer hardware from 0 to $100M+ revenue
- Experience with crowdfunding, DTC, and retail distribution
- Deep understanding of Web3 community building and token launches
- Network across creator economy, education, and enterprise verticals
